• You will remain the Rep, no info changes: Please fill this out even if there are no changes.
• You will remain the Rep, your info has changed: Please fill out the form with the new info.
• You will not be the Snowbelt Rep for 2026-27: See the below two options.
• You know who the new Rep is: Please forward this email to them and ask them to complete the form OR fill out the form with their information if you’re sure it’s accurate.
• You don’t know who the new Rep is: This falls into two additional categories:
  • You are unable/unwilling to act as interim Rep: Please find out who should receive the off-season Snowbelt info during the off-season so your association is updated and aware, and enter the form with their information.
  • You can act as the interim Rep until one is selected: In this case, please don’t fill out the form; complete it as soon as your association knows the new Rep. You’ll still need to pass info along to the association as normal.
• Also: If you have extra/alternate Reps, fill out the form for each person and note in comments if they are an alternate. We always prefer one “primary” Rep.
